The Solutions
We used our innovative feature - Cart Recovery Campaigns to target abandoned carts between specific values. Campaigns can be placed anywhere in the store, rather than just at checkout.
We focused on visitors who had already added products to the cart but were about to abandon the checkout.
- Activated it upon customers’ intention to leave the checkout page.
- Displayed in real-time a personalized message with a counter-argument to the drop-off reasons.
- Directed the customers back to the checkout page with a simple button.
